Cranberry Pie*

Total Time: Aproxomatly 4 hours



Preperation: Mix dry ingredients together; add water and heat until sugar melts. Add cranberries and raisins; cook slowly until all skins pop open. add lempon rind and butter. Cool, but do not stir. Pour into pastry-lined 9" pie plate. Cover with crisscross pasrty strips. Brush top with milk. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes; then at 350 degrees F for 15 mintues. serve chilled (3 hours)
